*** J.A.I.L. Has Caused the Beast to ROAR ***

Who or what is the "Beast" you ask? While the Bible describes it, for purposes of J.A.I.L., it is the "Establishment" consisting of our despotic government with the judicial branch at its core, surrounded by the mega-corporations including oil companies, the banking industry, the insurance industry, the media, to name just a few. The glue holding it all together is MONEY--lots of it. "Follow the money" and you'll find the Beast. Closely allied with the judicial branch is the legal fraternity, headed by the Bar Associations, Judge Associations, Trial Lawyers Associations, law schools and professors, and other related legal enterprises.

For the first time, in eleven years since J.A.I.L. was developed in 1995, we have finally heard from the Beast, particularly the legal fraternity part of it which is at its heart. Just this past weekend prior to the election, there was held a three-day conference of 300 high-ranking judges in San Francisco, over the subject of what to do when J.A.I.L. comes to California. We understand that former U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor was a keynote speaker, along with California Chief Justice Ronald George. This tells us that J.A.I.L. is the Achilles' heel of the judicial system, that has made it sit up and take notice!

It is reported that California has the largest judicial system in the nation, so it is notable that the Beast in California is roaring. The Beast realizes that the People are beginning to wake up and take action against the unaccountable judiciary across the nation. By "unaccountable" we mean not accountable to the People. Being "accountable" to a corrupt system--other judges--is an oxymoron. When the system claims the judiciary is "already accountable" and then names appeals, commissions on judicial performance/conduct, and other system judicial hearing processes, it's beginning to make the People's eyes glaze over when they are expected to buy that as effective judicial accountability. The truth is, only the People, to whom government is accountable, can hold judges accountable.

But after 230 years of usurpation of the People's power, and wielding a counterfeit power all those years, the judiciary can't handle accountability to the People. There's no such thing in their agenda. Now that the People, the true sovereigns, are waking up after decades of being oppressed by this counterfeit power, the Beast is roaring with fright and apprehension at being forced by the People to uphold and defend the Constitution. The Beast just can't handle it--it must devise some way of thwarting the People's mission, and J.A.I.L. is that mission.

What has history shown to be the best tool used by the Establishment to thwart law regarding the rights of the People? yes-- a massive propaganda-peddling campaign against the People. It takes millions of dollars to carry it out, but they have it and won't hesitate to spend it, even if it involves public funds to which they have access. We found this out with South Dakota. But it'll happen wherever the People are demanding that their rights be protected by government. Mr. Branson was asked by the media "Why is it that their entire government of South Dakota is against Amendment E?" He responded that it boils down to a battle of The People against Government, and Government against The People.

The vast wealth of this nation being controlled by the relatively few, creates a concentrated form of power--albeit counterfeit power. They'll use it against the People to maintain it criminally. "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." Eph.6:12. But if the People as a whole had knowledge and wisdom of the truth, and could see through the propaganda being loaded onto them, the People would prevail. The Beast relies on an ignorant and trusting populace--for without that, the Beast would be defeated. That is why the winds of change are starting to blow, the People are beginning to discover the Truth (but not yet enough) of the corruption of the system, and the Beast certainly feels threatened for its life! It is roaring its fear! The Beast knows that it only has propaganda with which to defend itself.

Without a mechanism provided in the U.S. Constitution by which the People can enforce the terms of the Constitution on government, we are forced to deal with what we have left. Mr. Branson found that the problem of government corruption, and particularly judicial corruption, had to be taken directly to the People, since no branch of government was willing to lift a finger against its "sacred cow" --the judiciary. Legal counsel for the Chairman of the Assembly Judicial Committee of California told Mr. Branson "This is a real head-scratcher." He was at a loss to come up with any kind of a solution. Mr. Branson had the evidence of judicial corruption, and it couldn't be denied. But the system couldn't come up with any answers. Counsel said they couldn't "interfere" with the judiciary! What happened to checks and balances? It is a mere fiction!

The mechanism provided, at least in theory, in certain states is the Initiative process for Constitutional Amendments. So that was the pathway for the People to pursue-- or so we thought at the time. That, too, takes money, and generally the People don't have it, often because the courts have taken it away through unconstitutional procedures. It took years for someone in South Dakota to offer to finance the J.A.I.L. Initiative there. We were on the right track, having successfully gathered more than enough signatures to qualify for the ballot. Everything went fine, including a Zogby poll taken September 19th, with a better than 3-to-1 showing in favor of the Amendment.

Now it is a matter of being able to exercise the People's right to vote in an uncontaminated election process which is blocking the Initiative process. As I said, the only weapon the Beast has against the People using the Initiative process is PROPAGANDA-- misrepresenting and lying to the People about what they will be voting for. We have written several JNJs showing evidence of corruption of the entire South Dakota State legislature in covering for the judiciary, and the misrepresentation by State Attorney General Larry Long in his ballot "explanation" of the Amendment, relying on the People's ignorance of the truth.

Mr. Branson has made some suggestions on how the People can combat this blocking of the honest use of the Initiative process through contamination of the ballot by propaganda and the media. An example of the officials in South Dakota must be made in order to throw the fear in other state legislators to keep them from attempting to follow suit. The future of our country is a stake. He ask the cooperation of all People everywhere in making an example of the government of South Dakota. Everyone has a stake in a fair and equitable election process. Justice is truly at stake here. What J.A.I.L. has made manifest that it is on the right course as testified by the enormous reaction of the establishment and the media. Targeting the judiciary by conditioning their protection of absolute judicial immunity is the key.
