How To File Against
Judges!
Dear Ms. Stewart & Pete:
Your expressed concerns below run right at the heart of
J.A.I.L. and why it was founded. I am assuming in your question that you are
inquiring into how one sues a judge in court. But the question itself shows a
conflict. All suits against a judge goes before another judge who likewise
enjoys the same immunity as the judge brought before him. By covering for the
defendant judge, the judge is keeping intact the protection he may himself
need one day if he is sued. This protection is called "Judicial Immunity," which
is a judge-created "law." While the said "law" is subject to supposed
conditions, those "conditions" are rarely honored because, again, it is another
judge determining whether those conditions apply in the case before
him.
Hence, while it is possible to "file" a case against a
judge, you can rest assured that it will be dismissed after the service is made
upon the judge. In one of my suits against judges, the order of dismissal
chased me home. You may equate your chances against a judge to that
of winning the super jackpot in Vegas.
Moving on to complaints about a judge to a State
Judicial Commission, there is no formality. You just state the plain facts of
your complaint and mail it to your State's Commission. It will cost you a
First-class stamp, and a sheet or two of paper. But here again, conflicts of
interest come into play. You will get their "attention," at least to the extent
that someone will take the effort to "respond" to your complaint, even if it be
just shy of a form letter that states something like, "Having investigated your
complaint against a state judge which you have brought to our attention, at our
(name of month) meeting it was decided that there was
insufficient evidence of misconduct to require disciplinary
action. This matter is now deemed closed.
Thank you for writing your concerns to this
commission.
Signed and Dated.
Hence, the bottom line is that the chances are right at
100% that you will be denied redress altogether. Now I know my words may
seem too drastic, and unacceptable to you. So what are your options? This is why
we have established JAIL4Judges with the by-line, "JAIL4Judges is the only
answer!" Only until J.A.I.L. becomes in force will the citizens have a
forum of redress with the judiciary. All other avenues will lead to frustration
after frustration, and people who do not listen have to go
through this frustration until they say, "Ron was right!"

Pete wants to know how you file against Judges,
have you jailed any in Cal? He wants to know, how you do it, if you've done it
in Cal. Where does he get papers to serve on a abusive judge? I am
totally mad about the treatment of my best friend in the court system!
(The case is where the mother attempted a double murder, he prevented
it! and she got custody!)
