"J.A.I.L. Is
Dead!"
----- Original Message -----
... J.A.I.L. is dead, because after about 5 years you have not been
able to delegate any work outside your home. In the business world this type of
operation is referred to by investors as a "no man's land," and no one will
invest.
JAIL is a good idea in the hands of a crazy inventor who is unable to
market it. So J.A.I.L. is dead.

Ron Branson Responds to "J.A.I.L. Is
Dead!"
Thanks, Stanley, for your expressed opinion,
however, I beg to disagree with your conclusion that "J.A.I.L. is
Dead!"
People are joining this J.A.I.L. effort at a
rate in which we cannot keep up. I just did a search on the Google search
engine and found 2,450 websites referring over to our J.A.I.L.
website. This is all free advertisement for J.A.I.L. This is not the statistics
of an effort that is "Dead."
When J.A.I.L. was started years ago there were no found
websites exposing judges whatsoever. All attention was merely on the Executive
and Legislative Branches of government. We found by search engine just one
website on judges, and that was judges complaining that they were
being underpaid for their work. Before J.A.I.L., it
appeared that no one was focusing on the internet specifically upon the
Judicial Branch of government. (This research was performed
by Mr. Greg Brown, who did a thorough research for
us).
Today, and I attribute much of this due to the effort
of J.A.I.L., there are numerous websites dedicated to going
after judges, and this subject is now among the top five hits on search
engines. And many of these sites talk about J.A.I.L., and reflect to
our website, www.jail4judges.org.
It may be said that J.A.I.L. pioneered this cause of judicial
accountability which is flourishing today.
Early on, a newspaper inquired of the
California Judges' Association regarding J.A.I.L., and they
responded, " 'We're not going to be lying awake worrying about this,' said
Constance Done, executive director of the California Judges Association. 'I
think the voters have more sense than that.' " (The Daily Journal, the
largest legal newspaper in America.)
The fact is, Stanley, these judges know we are
here, and they do know we are coming after them, and they do fear us! In fact,
we are their greatest nightmare, and all their denials of not being afraid of
J.A.I.L. are but whistling in the dark. What these judges are really
saying is, "I hope the voters do have more sense than to vote for J.A.I.L., for
if they don't, our goose is cooked." But J.A.I.L. is indeed growing
stronger every day.
Even taking your argument at face value, to
wit, J.A.I.L. is DEAD because no one is paying attention, then
I suppose you would also contend that Noah's
effort was DEAD because no one paid him attention.
However, reality was that all those people who ignored Noah died
because they heeded not God's genuine offer, and all the people
on earth today are the offspring of Noah - including you. YOU are
evidence of Noah's success rising out of "failure!" Noah's message was not
"DEAD."
There are those who argue, "God is Dead," but God is
not dead, and neither is J.A.I.L., and you will hard-put to find an
incident where truth did not prevail out of apparent defeat.
God has raised me up and prepared me for this very
cause, and when God makes an offer of deliverance, He does not dangle
a carrot of mock "deliverance" on a string as if before a donkey.
God's offer of deliverance is a bonafide, true and genuine offer of
deliverance, and must not be mocked.
"In the beginning of a change, the patriot is a
scarce man, brave, hated and scorned. When his cause succeeds, however, the
timid join him, for then it costs nothing to be a patriot." -- Mark
Twain
I have little doubt that J.A.I.L. is headed for being the future wonder of
America as people realize the absolute need for J.A.I.L. Any thought of
an alternative, i.e., "J.A.I.L. Is Dead," certainly is not
something to boast about! May we all, rather work and pray
together that it be said of J.A.I.L., on behalf of America, "...with a firm
reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each
other our lives, or fortunes and our sacred honor." (Decl. of Indep.)
