The new California J.A.I.L. Petition is now available for downloading and signature gathering. It is registered as Proposition 902. There are two sides, both of which must be on each sheet of paper used for signature gathering.
We believe it will be necessary to hire professional signature gatherers to aid us. We expect to need about one million dollars. Your donations are very much needed. Please send to the address on the Home Page.
This petition is written for the State of California USA. Anyone from another state is welcome to use it verbatim or modified for initiatives in their own states.

The sheet size of this petition is 8.5" x 14". Leave the Adobe "Fit To Page" option unchecked when printing. Please be sure the printed petition has the mandatory 1" margin at the top. They will not be accepted by the state without it.
