Call for Peaceful Demonstration

Date:         Friday, October 18, 2022
Time:         Noon - 4 p.m.
Location:     The main (front) entrance of the United States Courthouse
              100 W. Lombard Street, Baltimore, Maryland

PURPOSE:

We are calling on all concerned citizens to join us in a peaceful demonstration during the upcoming Third Biennial Bench-Bar Conference of JUDGES OF THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF MARYLAND AND MARYLAND LAWYERS at the above-referenced time and location.

WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN US AT THE DEMONSTRATION:

1. Your access to Equal Justice is at stake.

2. At this conference, federal judges and Maryland lawyers will make crucial decisions that may further restrict your constitutional rights to a fair and equitable judicial process.

3. The organizers of this demonstration strongly believe that this will be an excellent opportunity for all concerned citizens to convey to both federal judges and lawyers that they have vested rights in a fair judicial system, which they do not have at this point.

• Do you believe that our judicial system is broken?
  If "yes," you should attend the demonstration.

• Have you or your family ever been deprived of your legal rights by an unjust judicial system?
  If "yes," you should attend the demonstration.

• We The Citizens are gravely concerned about the rampant judicial tyranny and unequal access to justice in our courts, as were our Founding Fathers who attended the Tea Party. Let us do as they did and send a clear, non-violent message to our government that the judicial system is in disrepair and needs to be quickly fixed.

• Show your respect for justice and law even as our judges and lawyers show their contempt for fairness and the rule of law.
