JAIL4Judges is a free organization of Citizens
who understand that our delegations of authority and powers for governing
have been greatly abused by our representatives and officials.

JAIL4Judges was born from the urgent need to provide a Citizen Remedy.

"JAIL4Judges is not a literal "legal entity".
It exists only in the spirit of individuals acting independently,
but with a single purpose and goal.

The California goal of JAIL4Judges
proposes a constitutional amendment
reserving this authority and power exclusively to the people

JAIL4Judges is described by the acronym which represents
"Judicial Accountability Initiative Law"

The primary focus of JAIL4Judges effort
is to control our judicial branch
by introducing an effective Citizens' process
to enforce individual judicial accountability. 

JAIL4Judges is exercising the right of constituents
to modify law by the initiative process.

The result will be new law by legislative statute
or by amendment of state constitution.

The California state constitution will be amended.
