Adrenalin

We are obviously, by the
evidence, making headway within J.A.I.L. We have posed such a threat to the
establishment that professional effort was made to bring down the email system
of J.A.I.L. Little did I know a few days ago that when our emails to
[email protected] did
not come in, but rather gave an error message, that all of our emails held
on the server had been entirely erased. (In layman's terms, that means that if
you wrote to J.A.I.L. in the last few days, your email did not reach us.)
I am now informed, and it appears that our
securities have been strengthened, and our VictoryUSA account is up and
running. However, it is going to take a tweaking on my part to get our
internal unpublished accounts up and running. (All of our email accounts were
deleted). Our webmaster, Stephen, is doing a terrific job in staying on top
of matters and deserves our praise for his dedication and talent.
Now, let's get to the adrenalin rush. Today
is June 6, and we anticipate the return of our South Dakota Initiative from the
Secretary of State for distribution on, or about June 13th. When that happens,
we need to get rolling with the presses printing thousands of petitions, and
getting them out to flood the State of South Dakota. This means warm bodies ...
lots of warm bodies.
Before the month of November arrives, we are
going to have to turn in 40,000 plus good signatures of registered voters in
South Dakota. Without those signatures, there will not even be an opportunity of
passing J.A.I.L. in South Dakota, and our effort in this cycle will be lost. We
cannot afford to lose by default and await another cycle. Folks, I cannot
impress upon you strongly enough the importance that we gain all those
signatures we need in South Dakota to get J.A.I.L. on the ballot.
To that end, I am encouraging you JAILers to
plan to take your vacations in the State of South Dakota between the end of this
month and the end of October. Those of you from out of state will have to
work with registered South Dakotans, so those of you in South Dakota are going
to be very, very valuable to us, if for no other purpose than to sign the bottom
of everyone's petitions. Only YOU can do that. Hence, recruiting of South
Dakotans as new, or acting JAILers will be important.
To insure that real and legitimate voters in
South Dakota are targeted for door to door signatures, the registration voter
sheets should be apprehended that show the community addresses of actual voters.
It matters not whether they are Republicans, Democrats, or Independents, just
get their signature. They provide a 100% return rate as voters. The only warning
is to assure they do not sign the petition more than once.
In the month of August, there will be a
gathering of a half-million motorcycle people at and around Sturgis, S.D. (west
end of S.D.),which happens annually. While there will be a concentration of
registered S.D. there, there will also be an overwhelming number of
people who are from other states. Caution MUST be exercised in carefully
filtering out those who are not registered to vote in S.D.
Since this is majorly a motorcyclist
function, I am informed from among the motorcyclist themselves, that there will
be much excitement at the very thought of J.A.I.L., and may want to sign on.
This they cannot do, but you can see the potential publicity that will likely
spread across the U.S. at being introduced to the existence of J.A.I.L. for the
first time.
And let us not forget, these motorcyclist
can help in gathering signatures even though they cannot sign themselves. Most
of these people are peeved at the system and are demanding change, and are
looking for an avenue to vent their spleen, especially so, when one of their own
was mowed down and killed by the once governor of South Dakota who ran a stop
sign, and only received a hand slap by the judiciary.
Believe me, I think the excitement will run
very high on the Celsius level among this group of motorcyclists looking for
revenge. Just watching the excitement and fanning the flame should be a blessing
to you.
And, as a side issue, you are right near Mt.
Rushmore and the Black Hills, of which I am informed is very beautiful country.
Why not come and enjoy your vacation in South Dakota, and win your country and
your freedom back while you are at it.
I am asking all you South Dakotans to report
in as signators to the bottom of the petitions. Give us your contact information
and phone number, if you will, saying you will be available to sign for
out-of-staters working for J.A.I.L.

we are going to try to shield Bill from shouldering the burden on this as much

testimony of the corruption we are dealing with in the courts does not move you,
then you do not understand the need for J.A.I.L.

Salutations, �We, the People'
As a fellow citizen exercising his right, I have been representing myself in matters before the courts for more than 14 years. It is shocking and troublesome beyond my ability to describe, to have discovered how openly corrupt and oppressive America's judiciary has become. For myself, the emotional and financial consequence(s) of having been entangled in what can only be described as a �Judicial Hell Hole', during years which otherwise could have been the most productive of my life, is incalculable. For the taxpayers however, who year after year must subsidize this most obscene example of consumer fraud, AND, who are each unavoidably destined its next victim, it constitutes �Our Greatest American Nightmare'
When a lone, miscreant judge initiates an unlawful politicized prosecution intending from the outset to maliciously abuse and incarcerate the defendant, and then rules against his every defense to achieve that end, that defendant, without question, has a Big, Big, Problem. When a five (5) judge appellate court however, refuses the defendant his right to appeal because it would expose the trial courts lawlessness and brutality AND, invoke scorn and outrage from �the People', it then becomes a conspiracy, and its �the People' who have a Big, Big, Problem. Americas' Third Branch of Government, which essentially operates on the �Honor System', is infinitely inclined to act more and more like a Gestapo as the American Dream ages and fades.
HOW ON EARTH our state governments which, by the way, mandate its citizens to wear helmets and seat belts for own good, allowed this cancerous monster to grow is a question EVERY citizen must INSIST be answered by EVERY candidate who asks for our vote in the next election. While the state �Commission on Judicial Conduct' laments to being so overworked and under funded as to be unable to effectively investigate all the complaints of judicial misconduct, Chief Judge Judy Kaye laments the current $136,700 annual salaries paid to state judges is �unfair' and should be increased to $162,100.

Although I, as a taxpayer, have not been asked, I nevertheless believe that without immediate judicial accountability, we ought to pound our collective gavels and say �MOTION DENIED'. PAY RAISES FOR JUDGES IS OUT OF THE QUESTION ! In fact, the issue is precluded until further notice.
For far too long �We' have been deprived of a fully funded, responsive, effective, and ethical Commission on Judicial Conduct. This is clearly established by the fact that poor old Larry Goldman has to �moonlight' at $450.00 per hour to make ends meet. http://www.nysun.com/article/14558
