Rally Scheduled For
South Dakota J.A.I.L. Campaign
Monday, March 14, 2023 at Newport Beach CA
Sponsored by Peymon Mottahedeh, President, Freedom Law School

To all J.A.I.L. Readership:

It is my distinct pleasure to tell all of you that J.A.I.L. has been offered the opportunity of holding a National Rally in Newport Beach, California, for its campaign in getting J.A.I.L. on the ballot in South Dakota for passage in 2006. I spoke with Peymon Mottahedeh of Freedom Law School on the phone earlier today on another matter, and he graciously and generously suggested that we schedule a J.A.I.L. Rally on Monday, March 14, 2005, the day following his Freedom Rally. He asked me what size room we would need-- he will provide it!

Peymon made this offer of his own volition, without our asking or even suggesting that he do so. In my and Ron's thinking, this is nothing short of a miracle for National J.A.I.L. in general, and for the South Dakota J.A.I.L. effort in particular. What especially makes this a miracle is, not only that it was completely unexpected, but the way it has all unfolded!

Just yesterday, Ron had telephoned Bill Stegmeier, the South Dakota JAILer-In-Chief, who is heading up the S.D. campaign, for the purpose of getting an update from him on the progress being made to date. In a nutshell, Bill is planning on personally taking the J.A.I.L. Initiative to the Secretary of State to discuss filing. We will further report on this after he tells us what happens. In their conversation, Bill told Ron that he would be in our area on March 12th and would like to meet with us. When Ron found out that it was for Peymon's Freedom Rally, we told him "We'll see you there!"  That was a miracle in itself, as it would provide an opportunity not only for us to see Bill, but for him to announce the South Dakota J.A.I.L. effort at the seminar. Ron and I were excited about that!

MIND YOU-- Peymon had no idea about Bill Stegmeier coming, nor is he even familiar with Bill, when he made his generous offer to us for the day following the seminar. So there was no connection!  I asked Peymon "Did you know that Bill Stegmeier, the South Dakota JIC, was coming to the seminar?" and he said "No, I don't know if I've met him." I was so excited I couldn't think clearly!  I said to Peymon, "What a wonderful opportunity to hold the rally for the South Dakota effort, with the possibility of Bill being there" and Peymon responded "Absolutely!"

I immediately called Bill and got hold of him directly. He chuckled at my excited voice, and I asked if he could possibly stay over on Monday, and he said he was willing to do so!  I told him about the Rally and Bill will be there to address the people about it. This is indeed an opportunity of a lifetime for J.A.I.L. and especially for those of you here in the West. This is a national effort and we need as many of you as possible to attend.

Please mark your calendars for Monday, March 14th, following the 2005 Health and Freedom Rally, at the same hotel: The Radisson Hotel, 4545 MacArthur Blvd., Newport Beach CA (949) 833-0570, for the J.A.I.L. Rally. So that there'll be time to get breakfast, we'll tentatively plan the meeting for 10:00 a.m. However, I'm not sure for how long the room will be available, so that time may have to be changed to an earlier time. Peymon will advise us.

On behalf of National J.A.I.L., we send our hearty thanks to Peymon for this marvelous and generous opportunity!  THANK YOU PEYMON!
